Mod West Land Company is a Montana brokerage serving the rural areas. Dayle and Stacie started this company in order to grow a better relationship with YOU. Mod West Land Company holds themselves to high expectations centered around hard work, integrity, and grit.
Meet the Team:
Stacie is a fourth generation Montanan and grew up on cattle ranch, which taught her the hard work and principles needed to be a reliable asset to you. Her highest priority is preserving the Montana lifestyle. Stacie graduated from Northwest College with a degree in Agricultural Business. She has been heavily involved in the agricultural industry ever since, from working in animal transport to equine training. Stacie and her husband Bruce now live in Park City, with their three children: Colt, Preslee, and Paizlee. The family enjoys team roping, youth rodeo, camping, fishing, and hunting.
Dayle is a true Montanan. Raised in Butte, MT; she is an avid fisherwoman, hunter, and all-around outdoorsman. After Dayle graduated Montana State University, she moved to Laurel with her husband Eric; here they raise their three daughters: Casey, Whitney, and Kimber. Whether it is hunting elk in the fall or catching walleye in the summer, she is loving the Montana lifestyle. Dayle has extensive knowledge of the region and is an amazing asset to those wanting to buy or sell recreational or rural real estate. Dayle has also achieved her Luxury Home certificate.
Mitrianne was born and raised in Laurel, MT and has strong family ties to the Stillwater County area. Some of her favorite memories are watching her grandpa gathering cattle or harvesting the crops in the late summer and fall. Mitrianne is a local entrepreneur having ran her cosmetology business for the past 23 years, providing great customer service and a smiling face to all of her clients. Mitrianne loves to camp, hike, travel, go boating, and spend time with her children: Tailoranne and Kylen.
Tysa is a passionate agriculturalist and a native Montanan. As a fourth-generation farmer/rancher, she grew up just outside of Edgar, MT. After achieving her Associates of Science in Agribusiness and Animal Science, she returned home to work in the agricultural industry for a year and half, she decided to pivot to the real estate industry. Tysa looks forward to bringing the skills and values she learned in the agricultural industry over to real estate. Tysa loves working with cattle, horses, and tending to the crops. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, boating, hiking, and fishing.
